Hatha Yoga Class
Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. The philosophy is extensive and rooted in the Veda books of India, among the oldest in the world. It involves several branches in which the person learns about the self with the goal of self-realization and being one with everything. The introspective way that the yoga teacher leads you to different poses, as well as breathing and relaxation exercises, are manifested in reducing stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and more.
Yoga improves mobility by increasing strength and elasticity in muscles and joints. Meditation allows the mental organism to stay in the present and achieve inner peace, reflected on the outside as feelings flow at your style and rhythm. Daily yoga practice increases your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Claudia is a certified meditation instructor trained by Chopra, a globally respected leader in mindfulness and meditation. Specializing in Primordial Sound Meditation—a time-honored technique with modern-day benefits—Claudia brings warmth, expertise, and a deep passion for helping others find balance and inner peace.
Her teaching style is approachable and compassionate, making meditation accessible for everyone, whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your practice. Through her 1:1 sessions and group classes, Claudia is here to guide you toward greater calm, clarity, and connection.

About the Mindfulness Instructor:
Anyi (pronounced Angie) Espinal is a certified yoga teacher and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with a deep passion for self-healing and transformation. Influenced by her father, a long-time yoga practitioner and doctor of natural medicine, Anyi discovered yoga as a path to overcome physical and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, and hereditary health conditions. She founded Casa Bienestar, a wellness retreat in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic, her native home. Anyi is passionate about using mindfulness to guide others toward lasting health and balance.
Before dedicating herself to yoga and Ayurveda, Anyi spent ten years as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training provider for some of the largest national corporations in the hospitality industry. She is an alum of Rhode Island College in Secondary Education.
